Swan locks have been great, courteous diligent and obviously great at what they do. We had a security issue at our office with colour characters coming in uninvited. Swan installed an electronic lock system that allow the staff to come and go as they needed and the clients a simple code to get through to reception. Security and personal safety issue is now in the past. Great job thank you

Connor has installed a couple of door locks for us and the service is exceptional. We were so happy with the first installation that we organised the second! We didn’t really know what we wanted and Connor suggested an option that is perfect for everything we need. Phone access, remote access and local access! Couldn’t be happier and will definitely reach out for our next one.

First of all, Swan Locks have a very useful and explanatory website. When I contacted them they were helpful and organised, it was easy to agree on a time and date to have a new electronic lock installed. Lachlan arrived on time and installed the lock very efficiently. He explained everything I needed to know about using it and helped me set it up on my phone. He even brought in his vacuum to tidy up the small amount of shavings on the floor. Great job. I would definitely recommend Swan Locks!

I highly recommend this company. They arrived on time and Connor was totally professional. When first I rang them, I was quoted a price but, because he said that he was not here as long as expected, I was charged a lesser amount. Completely unexpected and, may I say unusual. Two of our locks needed to be replaced and after replacement, the residue was vaccuumed up by Connor. As I said, I highly recommend this company both for honesty and superb workmanship. A good and honest company in an age when everyone seems to out for all they can get. If you want quality work, look no further than Swan Lock Service. You will not be disappointed.

I had a great experience with Swan Locksmith. I spoke with Lachlan over the phone and he was extremely helpful, provided clear information, and responded very quickly. Zac then came out and installed the new lock on my door — he was fast, professional, and did an excellent job. Great service and great prices as well. Highly recommend Swan Locksmith!

He was extremely polite and tolerant of constant interuptions by our patients.
